Do you need QuickBooks?
QuickBooks Online is common, but not required for a first conversation. We’ll use the system that makes the most sense for your business. If you’re starting fresh, I can help set up QuickBooks the right way.
My books are messy — is that a problem?
Not at all. Messy or behind books are common. Cleanup is a normal starting point. Once it’s organized, monthly bookkeeping feels simple and stress-free.
What do you need from me to start?
Usually access to bank/credit card statements (or downloads), and a quick intake about how your business runs. I’ll tell you exactly what to send—no guessing.
Do you file taxes?
I focus on bookkeeping and tax-ready reporting. I don’t file tax returns or provide tax advice. If you have a CPA/preparer, I’ll hand off clean information. If you don’t, I can help you coordinate with one.
How quickly can we get caught up?
It depends on how many months you’re behind and transaction volume. Many clients see major progress in the first 1–2 weeks of cleanup. After that, monthly upkeep is fast and predictable.
Is there a contract?
